The British Commonwealth, and as very much even heralded and by Queen Elizabeth II in all [but with she though, more or less a/the Queen of Britain and not England truly either], and as with it in all again, a Media really, and one targeted in all, and towards the so termed Third World too, and one too, very much speaking even and of Internet styled Media too that is.
