E-Government, and as the arena or place in all, and via which the average everyday African, can seek to get involved in Government in all, and as with this not only speaking of the Local, Regional or National too, but also speak of the African Continent as a whole in itself, and as with E-Government in Africa in all, best said to speak even of Data Mining and further speak too of Associations, Clustering and Classification in all again, and as with Africans in all and as with regards to speak of Knowledge Gathering too, said in all again perhaps to in all even, enjoy this kind of work actually.
