The Digital Divide

The Digital Divide.

To speak of the Digital Divide and Africa, is to in all ways even not only refer to it all and as speaking on just how many Africans are connected on the Internet, but in many a way too, just why in all, Africans do actually seek to go on the Internet that is.

In all ways even, it does speak too, and of African mindsets in all, and on the Internet too, and as with regards to just how in all Africans do view themselves, and as Communicators, and on the Internet too that is.

In many a way, those Africans in all who do seek to go on the Internet frequently in all again, do seem in all to know just whom they are as Communicators [and as with speak even of Online Businesses too], but that in all ways even, Africans as Communicators on the Internet, do seem to ground themselves and in certain said everyday Realities that is.

The first of these does see Africans and as Communicators on the Internet, grounding themselves in all, and in many an Institution, Public or Private, and by which, one simply seeks to expand in all, and on their Communications (Internet) too that is. In all, a world that does see even, African Institutions, meshing in all again, and with International Institutions/Organizations that is.

The second of these does see Africans on the Internet, and as Communicators too, very much grounding themselves and in speak of Famed and Historical Figures too that is. In many a way too, speak even of Africans now, and as readily even and on the Internet too, and as Communicators that is, readily even Identifying with Worldly Famed and Historical Figures, and as Communicators too that is.

The third of these, does see Africans on the Internet and as Communicators too, very much grounding themselves in Identity in all, and as based around even speak of African cities and Facilities too in all, and as with many an African even, simply wishing to expand, and on their Life's Experiences, and via the Internet too that is.

The Above though, have not been truly successful in many a way, and in helping unleash perhaps, the full Potential, and of the Internet in Africa too, and as with basic speak even and of the Internet and Identity, basically speaking even and of just how we do in all perceive ourselves and as Communicators on the Internet too [meaning that, we do in all even create whole new Identities on the Internet, and via the changing, boldly too perhaps, and of our Communications that is], but that in all ways even, a more interesting perspective in all and as with regards to just whom we are as Communicators on the Internet, does speak even of defining Internet Communications in all, and as based around speak even of African Festivities and Festive life, and even truly again African Fashions too that is [and as with someone visiting Nigeria for instance and for the very first time, seeking out perhaps to communicate and with someone dressed in Traditional Dress and like the Agbada too for insatnce, or even speak of a Ghanaian, and as dressed in Dashiki for instance, not seen a threat in all, and on welcoming themselves to a strangers house, and without their being present that is].
