Tanzania + SADC (Southern Africa Development Community), and as with it all even truly speaking and of what some do actually term 'Black Africa' in all, and as with they/it all basically termed 'Congolese' too, and in culture that is, and not 'Bantu'/A-Bantu either actually [and who in all ways even, live in a world, and that does ascribe African Philosophy, and to the term N-tu/M-tu that is] .
