The Announcement.
To speak of the Announcement and in a basic sense, is to speak and of just how in all, the World outside Africa, has very much come and to interfere, and with African life, and from speak of Communications, and Consciousness (Individual/Group) too that is. That Africa, and as with regards to the Announcement (and in its differing forms : Link), has come to be truly disrupted in its ways, in that, the Announcement and as said Formal in its ways and as Western too, has brought in all and in the very least, many a Social Ill, and as having to do and with changing/differing Communications, and further speak even and of changes (disruptive too) and in Awareness, Conscious States and Consciousness too that is.
In all though, not too an easy problem to explain, and other than speak of Chaotic situations/conditions all over, and as going along and with Noise levels too, and that does seem in all, and to arise in all again, and with just whom in all, Africans are, and with Communications, and as going along and with the Announcement that is [and as with they now, said Militaristic, and from speak too and of Security Guards in all, and as with it all even said Western that is]. In all, the Announcement and in its differing forms (declarations, the act, statements, advice, dispatch, handouts etc.), and as said in all even, and as serving as a basic Consciousness, Awareness and further speak here and of Conscious States too, and in Africa today, and as a result in all again, one does find a culture and of so said Co-Dependency/Dependency in all, and as truly arising, and in an Africa today, primarily said defined, and from speak in all and of Exclusionism that is [and as said in all even, and to speak of Tribalist Mentalities actually].
