The Brain Drain.
Many in Africa, might have heard of the Brain Drain. The validity of it all though, cannot truly be certified, and as African Expertise, can only be truly associated perhaps, and with speak of Security issues that is.
In having said the above, is to now in many a way, truly speak and of the true Potential, and of the Internet in Africa. That it in all, is truly believed and to speak and of just how best in all, to go about defining, African Human Resources that is [and outside speak too, and of Security in itself actually].
That while Security, remains the primary topic of discussion in all, and when it does come to speak of African Human Resources [and with many Africans in all, thinking along such lines, Security that is, and when it does come to just about many or 'any' a thing too perhaps], it in many a way too, has given birth to speak of African Identity, and as truly said Socio-Political, such that, most Governments in Africa, might be said not to be in touch with reality, and in their not knowing or understanding, that African Tribal Identities, are in many a way today, very much said Socio-Political that is.
In having said the above, is to perhaps now propose, the very view that, African Security concerns and African Violence in itself too, are very much said Socio-Political, and not Political truly either that is.
In all though, what does constitute and for African Human Resources, and in speak too, and of the attempt to solve Africa's problems, and via speak in all and of the very belief that, the Internet (and alongside speak of Internet Communications too), can serve as a suitable and formidable force, and in speak of managing African Human Resources that is.
In all, the primary belief here and as with regards to African Human Resources, does speak in all and in stating in all perhaps, that while Security does remain the foremost of all topics, and when it does come and to speak of African Human Resources, there does appear in all, more room for improvement and as with regards to all this, and as pertaining and to speak and of those in Africa, and who don't in all truly subscribe and to creating Identity, and in a Socio-Political manner that is [and as with they even said truly Religious in all actually].
In all, it is believed that, Human Resources in Africa, do in all ways even it is said, to be actually knowledgeable, and of just what Terrain in all, does actually mean that is. That Terrain, a Geographical term in all, does speak of one and as truly knowledgeable in all again, and of Africa in itself, but that in Computer speak in all, it probably in all does go along, and with speak of Domains that is [or further speak too, and of the known expendable powers, and of any said (political) entity that is].
In having stated the above, is to also attempt to speak and of many a Human Resources Profile, and in Africa too, and as said going along in all, and with speak of Family oriented Identities that is [that African Human Resources, are not Institutionalized and as seen in many another part of the World, and in speak of the University System for instance, but in many a way truly, do very well go along, and with speak of Family Identity that is]. In having said this, the further belief that, most out there, don't truly know just what does passes for African Family oriented Identities, and in this Modern Age so to speak [that African Family oriented Identities, can be said more diverse in their ways, and as compared and to speak of the rest of the World that is]. The first of these African Family oriented Identities, and that do go along and with helping define African Human Resources, does in many a way speak of Nollywood in itself, in that, Family in all, is now defined and in speak and of the so said/termed 'Rules of Engagement' that is. The second of these, and as pertaining to everyday African life and as known to most, does speak in all, and of African Family oriented Identities, and as going along and with the attempt to define African Human Resources, and as going along in all, and with speak of Theatrics that is [and further speak too, and of the very world of African Music Videos][and with this those in this group in all, said to be those suffering huge unemployment rates that is]. Finally, a third view and of African Family oriented Identities, and as going along with speak of African Human Resources, and as perhaps in all, speaking of many an African Country, and without a proper Media to it, and as said in all, grounding speak of African Human Resources, and in speak of Family Roles, Duties and Responsibilities too that is.
In having said the above, and as with it all even said to pertain, and to many a Data Mining service perhaps, and as having to do, and with African Human Resources, is to also speak and of the troubling problem in all, and of attempting to truly define African Worker Identities, and as with they in all even said, not Western that is [and speak too and of the attempt in all, and in redefining African Human Resources, and alongside speak in all, and of Western Success Profiles, and as with they even said not genuinely or authentically African in their ways that is], but that in all ways even, African Worker Identities, and as perhaps grounded in all, and in speak of Africans, and from a Spiritual/Religious perspective, and as simply said 'Walking this Earth' [and back in all again, and to speak of Terrains that is].
In all, speak here too and of Nigeria, and as with they even believed to house expertise, and in speak of African Internet Communications, but that in all ways even, all the above, does go along and with speak of the Nigerian title of 'Oga', and as with he even said believed, a person in all, housing more promise in, and as with regards to truly helping define African Human Resources, and outside speak of Government/Presidential Networks that is.
In many a way, African Human Resources, and as said well-defined, helping many an African, capable of truly living and in just about any part of Africa desired in all, or speak too, and of part-time employment in all again, and outside Africa that is [and as with it all even said and to speak and of the Project that is].
